Cutting Board Care Instructions

To keep your cutting board looking great for years to come, follow these simple steps.

  •  

  • Hand-wash your board after each use.  Never submerge it in water or put it the dishwasher

  • Use mild soap and water.  No bleach

  • Hand-dry your board with a towel immediately after washing.  Air dry evenly by propping it upright or in a drying rack

  • Regularly apply Board Butter or food grade Mineral Oil.  

  • Store your cutting board in a dry place - upright, never flat

  • Your cutting board is not intended to be used as a chopping block or a meat tenderizer board
